21.  Further research into this photograph says it is NOT Harry Dowd on the left as first thought.

The photograph on the right looks like the same bloke on the left - same tie and similar smile ..?

A closer inspection also reveals a lapel badge on both photographs

Harry died at the age of 44, and this gentleman looks a lot older than that.

Dare I ask if it could possibly be Patrick ... ?
