Comments: I think the site has lots of potential, and given time, could
be most informative with regards to keeping expectant guests upto date with the
planning arrangements for the forthcoming event. However, and without being too
critical, (not my nature) could I ask that the Webmaster of this unique site,
use spell-checker before posting information to the URL. Hope to see the pages

£2.50 towards the new furniture!!!)we thought that we would just check on the

Hello all, Paul here. Just a quick update, as of 12/04/02 there are only 26 rooms remaining at the Stirk House Hotel, so if you haven't booked yet then get booked now. Cheers.
A couple of questions for the prospective groom:
Have you booked mummy and I into a room near the bar?
Does the hotel take pets, as I don't really want to leave Joey, Casper and Moaner behind for the weekend?
What bitter does the hotel serve?
How much is it a pint?
Will I be able to plug my lap-top into the hotel telephone line?
Do they sell John Smith's Smooth?
What time do you want me to play the trumpet?
Does the hotel have beer mats or shall I bring my own?
Does the bitter have a good head on it?
Does the hotel use over-size pint pots?
Is it cheaper to drink in the local pub?
How much is a pint in the local pub?
Does the local pub accept pets?
Will there be a champagne breakfast on the Saturday or the Sunday?
Is the champagne compulsory?
Could I have a pint of best bitter instead of the champagne?
Will the people staying in tents be allowed to use the bar in the hotel?

Also, you must be really privileged to have secured the Band & Bugles of The Royal Green Jackets to come along and entertain the guests. A Big thanks for James for sorting out my Stag-do in Leeds at the weekend. After winning the shooting :o) the beer began to flow and just didn't seem to stop until the early hours. Some ending up worse for wear than others. No names........... But I think they know who they are. Had a great time and thanks for coming those who did. The woman two streets away, with the cat, which got bit by the dog with only three legs, owned by the bloke with the left hand drive motor cycle, who went to Cleethorpes 3 weeks ago and got arrested for not having a train ticket when he went down to London last summer, and has a son and three daughters, one of which is living in America, who's husband was serving with the 8th Army during the 1st Gulf War, and who's grandson got married 2 years ago, when he lived in St. Albans, and also owns the fish and chip shop, that used to be a chemist some years ago, after it was converted from a Haberdashery, and before that - a Chapel, supposedly built purposely for the Salvation Army in 1914 - just a few days before the outbreak of World War 1, has launched an appeal for witness's and information about the incident.
