Mary Anne Jennings

Mary was born 27th March 1896 at Albion Cottages, Barlborough to George and Agnes Grundy

Unbeknown at the time, she was bought up living next door to her future husband - Charles Arthur Jennings

She married Arthur upon his return from the Great War on 23rd April 1919 at Barlborough Church - see clipping from The Derbyshire Times (dated 26th April 1919)

She was the mother to nine children (see index on the left)

She passed away on 6th February 1971 (I was in Germany at the time)
